Founded in 2007, BCE is headquartered in Kolkata (Calcutta), West Bengal, India. Since then the Company has undertaken and successfully completed a number of projects, diverse in nature and size. The goodwill, the Company has earned, has fetched repeat orders from its clients.

Our expertise lies in precise and optimised design and detailing of Concrete, Steel and Steel-Concrete Composite structures. We are known for delivering optimised and quality controlled design within the stipulated time. Our engineers combine the leading edge technologies with effective management skills, in order to achieve the highest degree of productivity and efficiency.

The Company has a spacious office premise, immaculately furnished to provide the working environment conducive for design and development work. All the necessary office infra-structural facilities are available in-house.
